Bill has invested in privately-owned businesses as an active investor, alongside seasoned institutional and individual investors. These investors have provided industry depth, strategic advice, operational skills, and financial acumen that have helped management teams succeed. He believes strong management teams, complemented by engaged investors and board members, can build operational momentum and shareholder value over time. He expects to partner with these or other members of his network with relevant industry, operational, and transactional expertise to build long-term value. Together, they execute an efficient ownership transition that positions the company for its "next step" under new ownership.

IL-based community bank with $325M in assets recapitalized under new leadership by institutional
investors in a turnaround.
Sold to Michigan State Credit Union in 2024.

Splash Financial
Capitalized by individual, Series A, Series B, and Series C venture capital investors. OH-based originator of graduate school, personal, and home equity loans. Value creation strategy focused on creating new products and funding channels.

Hub Plastics
OH-based blow molder of plastic bottles sold primarily through the distributor channel. Value creation strategy focused on combination of organic growth and acquisitions. Executed three add-on acquisitions.
